Welcome to our new menu…

The Blue Salt Dining team have pulled together a tasty combination of dishes that’s sure to satisfy your dining desires.

This modern Australian menu is packed full of treats from the sea and the land, carefully crafted into an array of sure-fire favourites and new flavours to savour.

If you’re chasing something new, then the Pumpkin Patch Flatbread is a great starting point, follow this with a super tasty Thai Crustacean, where the crispy fried blue salt & pepper soft shell crab is the hero or perhaps a Souse Vide 5 Spice Pork Belly, morish and a wee bit Hoi Sinful.

Schnitzel lovers rejoice, you’ve now got six to choose from including two vegetarian options! Now if a steak is your take, then work your way through four different cuts finishing off with a substantial 550g Rib Eye.

Plus, there’s plenty of new options for pasta, pizza, chicken and seafood dishes as well and a few new ones for the kids to try too!

Now pouring from a new drinks menu.

If you’re looking for a fruity sparkling, dry white or big bold red our drinks list features some of the best from Australia, NZ, Italy and France!

Feature wines that are a must try are Croser Blanc de Blanc from Adelaide Hills, SA – creamy and complex with fresh apple, lemon and grapefruit characters along with hints of freshly baked biscuit – yes biscuit and bubbles, that a yes from me!

Perhaps it’s time to check back in on Chardonnay. From the beautiful Margaret River, WA comes Grant Burge Pearl Chardonnay – peach, nectarine, and grapefruits are complimented by hazelnut and brioche – now bread and wine, that’s another yes from me!

International yes’s come in the form of some NZ magic from Taku’s Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. There’s also as a fine French bottle of Bouchard Aine & Fils Rosé to try and a little Italian fizz come for the Da Luca Prosecco.

‘Shake it ‘til you make it’ I say! There’s eleven delicious cocktails and a trio of mocktails to taste your way through.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner the coffee is pouring too with a fantastic range of hot and cold café favourites. Don’t forget to check out the cake display as well for a delicious range of sweet treats.

From barefoot bowls to social or coaching sessions, Club Malua offers bowls 6 days a week on pristine bowling greens just a stones throw from Malua Bay Beach.

Tuesday	Ladies Social: 10am – 1.30pm (names in by 9am) Roll ups: from 2pm – 5pm
Wednesday	Mixed Social: 12.30pm – 4pm (names in by 11.30am)
Thursday	Men’s nominated pairs: 12.30pm – 4pm (names in by 11.30am)
Friday	Mixed Pairs: 10.30am (names in by 9.30am)
Saturday	Men’s affiliated pairs: 12.30pm – 4pm (names in by 11.30am) (Pennants: February, March & April)

The Bay Room

Situated right next to the dining area, The Bay Room with its operable walls and drop-down AV screen is perfect for all special occasions.

As a private room this intimate space can cater for 60 seated and 100 standing guests. There is also the option to open this up to the adjoining dining room for larger events.

It’s not just us that LOVE Events at Club Malua…thanks Liz!

I would like to warmly thank you and the staff of Club Malua for the exceptional service you provided to our Department during our recent workshop event. Your attention to detail and ability to pivot and adjust to changes in the program of our event was much appreciated.

The venue is exceptional.

The technology and size of the room provided us with limitless flexibility in the way we worked with our large group. Your team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our requests. We particularly appreciated being able to hold a formal Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony on the grassed area of the Club.

We look forward to bringing other colleagues down to beautiful Club Malua in the future.
