The Blue Salt Dining team have pulled together a tasty combination of dishes that’s sure to satisfy your dining desires.
This modern Australian menu is packed full of treats from the sea and the land, carefully crafted into an array of sure-fire favourites and new flavours to savour.
If you’re chasing something new, then the Pumpkin Patch Flatbread is a great starting point, follow this with a super tasty Thai Crustacean, where the crispy fried blue salt & pepper soft shell crab is the hero or perhaps a Souse Vide 5 Spice Pork Belly, morish and a wee bit Hoi Sinful.
Schnitzel lovers rejoice, you’ve now got six to choose from including two vegetarian options! Now if a steak is your take, then work your way through four different cuts finishing off with a substantial 550g Rib Eye.
Plus, there’s plenty of new options for pasta, pizza, chicken and seafood dishes as well and a few new ones for the kids to try too!
