Club Malua is proud to once again participate in the Perfect Plate Awards, an annual competition that celebrates culinary excellence across New South Wales.
This year, we are entering with our standout dish: Chilli Lobster Fettuccine – fresh fettuccine tossed with premium Western Australian lobster and Italian sausage, served in a rich white wine sauce with our house-made chilli paste.
We’re honoured to have won the award two years in a row, and with the continued support of our local community, we’re aiming for another win in 2025.
Voting is open from 5 May to 15 June.
